Ian is a passionate, hardworking and caring person who helps nurture the talents of young people. He created a program called Reeltime that has helped many discover abilities they didn't know they had. Ian has a great sense of humor, gives big hugs, and is described as friendly, encouraging, and someone people feel comfortable opening up to. He is also said to be fun, inspiring, and have very curly red hair.
